How much did “Rhythm & Ribs” (the summertime rib cook-off and festival) cost the City?

For those of you who may not remember, the Recreation Department organized an event called Rhythm & Ribs over the summer. It was located in the back lot of the mall. It included rib vendors, carnival rides, and musical bands.
